History
Glory Ministries Church (GMC) was formed by Pastor Jeffrey and First Lady Alice Jones, through the leading of the Holy Spirit. GMC began as a mid-week bible study and later evolved into Sunday service on November 5, 2010 in their home with 7 people. Pastor Jeff as he is affectionately called, became an ordained Deacon in 2000. He was called by the Lord to be a minister and to preach the gospel. In answering this call, he preached his first sermon in 2004, and was ordained as a Minister in 2009.
Pastor Jeff was born and raised in Lansing, MI where he met the love of his life in 1983 and they were married in 1986. Two beautiful daughters were born from their union, LaCarla and Jasmine. Pastor Jeff knows the importance of having God as the head of his life. As he leads, he desires that his family, friends and others will follow him as he follows Christ.
GMC is purposed to glorify God. In glorifying God, Pastor Jeff has created a ministry filled with love and transparency. His mission is to advance God’s Kingdom by bringing more souls to Christ and to stand firm on God’s word.
